These Terms govern your use of the Virtual Solutions VE website, free workspace, and Virtual Executive ("VE") services, operated by Virtual Solution LLC ("we," "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
We recruit, vet, train, and manage dedicated Virtual Executives for clients, and provide a project-management workspace. You direct the work and outcomes; we manage the VE relationship. A VE is an independent contractor placed and managed by us — not your employee.
You may create a free workspace account without engaging a VE. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the content you add. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18. We may suspend accounts that are misused or violate these Terms.
If your VE isn't performing to standard within the first 30 days, we will replace them at no additional cost. This guarantee covers replacement of the VE; it is not a cash refund unless required by law.
You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, to ask a VE to perform illegal or unethical work, or to attempt to circumvent our management relationship by directly hiring a placed VE outside our agreement during the engagement and for a reasonable period after.
Every VE signs a confidentiality/NDA agreement before accessing your systems. Your data, clients, and intellectual property remain yours. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Site content, branding, and the workspace software are owned by us. Work products created by your VE for you, in the scope of your engagement, belong to you.
Our services rely on third parties (Supabase, Brevo, Stripe, Calendly, Vercel). We're not responsible for their availability or actions, and their terms may also apply.
Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in California.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. The "last updated" date reflects the current version.
