• Account & workspace data — if you create a portal account, the tasks, notes, files, and profile details you add.
• Payment information — handled securely by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data — basic technical data (browser, device, pages visited) to operate and improve the site.

2. How we use it

• To provide our services, your workspace, and customer support.
• To respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls.
• To send the resources you request and relevant updates (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• To process payments and manage your account.
• To secure, maintain, and improve our website and portal.

3. Service providers we share with

We share data only with trusted providers that help us operate, under their own privacy terms — including Supabase (database & authentication), Brevo (email), Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling), and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including row-level security on workspace data so each client can access only their own information. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

5. Your choices & rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, request access to or deletion of your personal data, and update your profile in the portal. Depending on your location (e.g. California/CCPA, EU/GDPR), you may have additional rights. To exercise them, email us at Contact.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and keep you signed in, plus limited analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
